I am complaining about the webtv service i have received. For almost 4 months, i have been unable to use my messenger site. i have tried everything possible, and have called customer service for help to no avail. My users are able to use the messenger, and your office has told me that for some reason primary users weren't. Also , your advertisements are very misleading, you say we can serf anywhere on any subject, but yet i run into problems all the time! Plus you cant even provide us with easy access things like video, multimedia, etc....to alot of links on sertain sites i try to click on, a window always pops up stating it cant find site, when its on these sites to view. You need to upgrade more often and provide a better service. And please for the Gods sake,get clear english speaking people to talk to.! from gonecrazymom40@webtv.net

erm elaberate on how you fucking make these, they are great, i have been wanting a a/b y swicher and it looks simple, i know fuck all about electronics, is there some kinds of step by step of what to do, would help and you would get a shutload more people come here.

T-boy, I cannot access any Ampage BB since 4/30/03. This one opened today using my MSN Browser. The BB starts to load up then my Mac with AOL prompts me with a Save window to save (fireBB.cgi?cfg=bb&recsub=bb&mod) or (fireBB.cgi?cfg=bb&search_op=SEA). If I cancel these 5 Saves the BB stills does not load. If I download the Internet Explorer Document and click it on I get an MSN page with nothing on it or if I ask to give me Info about it the Comment.s say (http://www.firebottle.com/fireforum/fireBB.cgi?cfg=bb&search_op=SEARCH&forum=bb&first_days_old=) What is wrong? Other people tell me they can still access the BB's. Please help! Soundoor@aol.com, CR

I received a call from MCI, to switch from my long distance co. to Mci,,,,, the promotion was one month free ser. and a 200 min.calling card. I received the info package and find out that I am going to be charged $10.00 for the calling card. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL MCI, AND OF COURSE I CAN'T REACH ANYONE, IF THE PROMOTIONAL DEAL I WAS PROMISED IS NOT KEPT "I WAND TO CANCEL A.S.A.P. I changed to mcibecaues I thought you were a honest co. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME OR I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER ACTIONS I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CALL ME INSTEAD OF E-MAILING. YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION IN THIS MATTER WILL BE GRATELY APPRECIATED
